Imtiaz Developments has officially signed a partnership with the globally acclaimed Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA) to design a new ultra-luxury development in Dubai’s prestigious Meydan district. The agreement marks a significant step for Imtiaz in expanding its AED 3 billion portfolio within the exclusive area.

The partnership ceremony took place at the Zaha Hadid Headquarters in London, attended by Masih Imtiaz, CEO of Imtiaz Developments, and Gianluca Racana, Director at Zaha Hadid Architects.

The new mixed-use development carries a total value of AED 1 billion. It will feature ultra-luxury residences, premium office spaces, and high-end retail, aimed at the global elite. The project is being developed to offer superior privacy, panoramic views, and a curated lifestyle.

The project is slated for an official launch on November 18th at the CocaCola Arena. It is expected to be a bold architectural statement, blending futuristic design with sculptural form. It is the latest project for Imtiaz, which has more than 40 developments and over AED 10 billion worth of projects currently underway across Dubai.

Masih Imtiaz, Chief Executive Officer of Imtiaz Developments, commented on the announcement. He said: “This is not just another project; it’s a legacy in the making. Our collaboration with Zaha Hadid Architects is a testament to our relentless pursuit of the extraordinary. Together, we are creating more than just homes — we’re crafting a destination that will elevate Dubai’s reputation as the epicentre of architectural innovation and luxury living.”

The development is strategically located in the heart of Meydan, an area which has rapidly become one of Dubai’s most coveted addresses due to its proximity to Downtown Dubai and its world-class sporting and equestrian facilities. Imtiaz recently expanded its presence in Meydan with a portfolio valued at AED 3 billion.

ZHA continues its legacy despite the passing of Dame Zaha Hadid, delivering groundbreaking projects globally. This Meydan development is the firm’s newest venture into ultra-luxury residential design in the Middle East.

Gianluca Racana, Director at ZHA, highlighted the commitment to Dubai’s vision. He stated: “We are proud to collaborate with Imtiaz on this visionary project. Dubai is a city of great ambition and bold ideas. Combining the highest standards of design and craftsmanship with the most advanced technologies, the development will extend the city’s unwavering optimism for the future. This pioneering design for Meydan is being engineered to create a fully integrated, holistic environment that redefines 21st century living at the heart of one of the world’s most dynamic regions.”

Design works are ongoing, with construction scheduled to commence in Q1 2026. The project is targeted for completion in 2028. The final product is anticipated to attract international attention from high-net-worth individuals and discerning investors.
