Huong Viet Properties held a launch event on August 12th to announce 32 strategic partners for market development on its Palm River residential scheme.

The newly introduced subdivision sits within the wider 30.6-hectare Palm City master plan in Binh Trung Ward, eastern Ho Chi Minh City. Palm City is planned as a mixed-use zone incorporating housing, commercial services, education, healthcare and public spaces.

Covering a 1.9-hectare site, Palm River features four 36-story residential towers built over two basement levels. The scheme retains a construction footprint of roughly 40 per cent, allocating the remaining 60 per cent of the area to open water features, green spaces and public facilities.

The layout places most apartments on corner positions, with four to six units per floor designed to maximise natural light and airflow. The property features four to five elevators per building, alongside a 1:1 parking space ratio. Housing formats include studios, standard one-to-three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, penthouses and commercial shophouses.

Residents will have access to more than 100 amenities across the broader Palm City development, as well as 68 dedicated site facilities focused on health and relaxation. Features include a 70-metre swimming pool, an infinity pool, a Sky Onsen, a cold immersion pool, a Sky Yoga Deck, gym facilities, simulated golf, a clubhouse and an elevated viewing platform.

Mr. Nguyen Si Toan, CEO of the High-Rise Residential Real Estate Business Unit at Huong Viet Properties, stated that Palm River is envisioned not only as a new apartment complex but also as a living space that prioritises health, balance, and sustainable values.

“Palm River was developed with the desire to bring a resort-style riverside living space to the heart of the city, where nature, water, architecture, and amenities are connected in a harmonious whole,” Mr. Toan shared.

Location advantages include proximity to the Thu Thiem International Financial Center and the Nam Rach Chiec Sports Center. The site benefits from ongoing regional transport upgrades, including Ring Road 3, the An Phu interchange, and roads connecting to the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay expressway. The operational Ben Thanh – Suoi Tien Metro Line 1 also links the eastern district directly to the city centre.

Following its groundbreaking ceremony in June 2026, construction on Palm River is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2029.
