Property developer Ayala Land is expanding its residential pipeline, rolling out new lots across three master-planned developments in South and Central Luzon to meet ongoing end-user demand.
The expansion introduces new phases within the Nuvali Estate in Laguna and its estate in Lipa, Batangas, alongside a fresh residential project at Cresendo Estate in Tarlac. The rollout aligns with growing employment hubs and expanding economic activity supported by regional infrastructure investments.
“The sustained demand, coupled with more stable operating conditions, gives us confidence to offer new product in these markets” said Meean Dy, President and CEO of Ayala Land. “We are starting with a focused pipeline of horizontal developments where our integrated estates continue to create lasting value.”
The decision comes after the firm reduced its residential inventory to 15 months of supply, moving inventory levels back in line with pre-pandemic baseline figures.
According to Mike Jugo, Chief Commercial Officer of Ayala Land, end-users continue to underpin demand. “The market today is driven by end-users making long-term decisions about where they want to live. We continue to see healthy demand particularly among families seeking larger living spaces, integrated amenities, and strong connectivity. ” Jugo said.
Located in key growth corridors in CALABARZON and Central Luzon, the master-planned sites stand to benefit from major infrastructure projects, including the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX) and the North–South Commuter Railway.
