Al Huzaifa, a UAE brand known for its craftsmanship in furniture and interiors, has expanded into real estate with the launch of Al Huzaifa Properties and its first development, Soléva Beach Residences, on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
The project, valued at AED450 million (US$122.5 million), was unveiled on Saturday and is scheduled for completion by the fourth quarter of 2027. It will deliver 232 fully furnished residences and one retail unit, with prices starting from AED1.19 million. Buyers will be offered a 50-50 payment plan split between construction and handover.
The development will feature 111 studios, 101 one-bedroom apartments, and 20 two-bedroom apartments. All two-bedroom units will come with private pools. Residences are designed with floor-to-ceiling glass, private balconies, and interiors that include integrated storage, natural stone and wood finishes, custom-made furniture, and premium bathrooms.
Amenities planned for Soléva include over 50 facilities such as a dedicated wellness level with cryo cabins, saunas, steam rooms, massage areas and a lounge, as well as fitness spaces, outdoor yoga decks, and a Zen garden. The rooftop will feature infinity pools, daybeds, cabanas, fire pit lounges, and dining areas with views of the Arabian Gulf.
Hospitality-inspired services will also be offered, including valet parking, AI-powered concierge, luggage management, coworking lounges, and a water sports pavilion. The ground floor will house a 9,000 sq. ft. dining destination.
Al Huzaifa Properties said the project will be the first residential development in the UAE to include an Owner’s SuperApp, giving residents access to building services, amenities, and vacation rental management.
“Soléva represents a new benchmark for holistic living, where architecture, interiors and amenities come together to set the standard for premium lifestyle experiences in the UAE,” said Saif Nensey, CEO of Al Huzaifa Furniture and CEO & Founder of Al Huzaifa Properties.
Managing Partner Zaheer Rattonsey added that the project was conceived, designed, and delivered entirely in-house, giving the company control over quality and speed of delivery while ensuring value for investors.
The design partners for the project include architecture firm VELA, landscaping specialists Square M Design, lighting consultants Studio Lumen, and interior designers MWM Studio.
