Aldar has announced the launch of The Row Saadiyat, a boutique residential and lifestyle community set within Abu Dhabi’s Cultural District on Saadiyat Island. Designed in collaboration with the internationally renowned architectural practice BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group), the development aims to deliver a new benchmark for modern living in one of the capital’s most prestigious locations.

Positioned with the Zayed National Museum as its backdrop, The Row Saadiyat has been conceived as a walkable, socially vibrant neighbourhood that brings together art, architecture, and community. The development features seven mid-rise buildings, each standing nine storeys tall and supported by two basement levels for parking.
