Aleph Hospitality has confirmed a major expansion across Saudi Arabia, growing its hotel portfolio in the Kingdom to 11 properties as part of a long-term nationwide strategy. Announced at the Future Hospitality Summit – FHS World in Dubai, the development includes five newly signed hotel management agreements and six additional hotels already under development, representing a total of 2,354 keys.

The independent management company, which has rapidly grown its operations across the Middle East and Africa, now has a presence in several of Saudi Arabia’s most significant tourism and commercial centres. The portfolio covers Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, the Eastern Province and Abha, reflecting the group’s intent to serve business travel, leisure tourism and the Kingdom’s fast-expanding religious tourism sector.

As part of the latest phase of expansion, Aleph Hospitality has taken over the management of Diar Al Khalidiya in Makkah as well as a new hotel in Abha. Both sites are undergoing transition programmes designed to bring them up to international brand standards. Conversion works are expected to conclude by the end of 2025, after which the properties will be rebranded and operated under an international flag.

The group is also pursuing opportunities in Madinah as it pushes toward full national coverage and continues aligning its development strategy with Saudi Vision 2030. According to the company, collaboration with local partners and a focus on sustainable operational growth remain central to its approach.

Vice President for Saudi Arabia, Tariq Dowidar, said: “Our expansion in Saudi Arabia is fully aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and reflects Aleph Hospitality’s long-term commitment to advancing the Kingdom’s ambitious tourism and hospitality goals.” He added that performance indicators reinforce the growth strategy, noting: “The strong performance of the Four Points by Sheraton Jeddah King Fahd Road, achieving an impressive 59% average occupancy in its first year and steady growth in market share, is a clear testament to our operational excellence and the strength of our strategy in the Kingdom.”

Aleph Hospitality aims to reach a total of 20 hotels in Saudi Arabia by 2030 as the Kingdom continues investing heavily in tourism, hospitality and infrastructure.
