Molsheim-based luxury carmaker Bugatti has unveiled plans for its debut brand-owned residential project in the United States. Named Bugatti Residences Miami, the waterfront development will sit along the Miami River in the city’s Brickell financial district, offering direct access to Biscayne Bay.

The development follows the company’s previous branded residential launch, Bugatti Residences by Binghatti in Dubai. For its American debut, the hypercar manufacturer has partnered with US real estate firm Prosper Group and Belgian developer Versluys Group.

Architectural firm Brandon Haw Architecture has been appointed to design the building, while design practice Yabu Pushelberg will oversee the interior spaces. Global luxury firm Rhodium has been selected as the exclusive operating partner. Rhodium, which counts the Monegasque royal family among its investors, will manage daily operations and provide dedicated butler service for residents.

Bugatti stated that the development aims to reflect its core design philosophy of Art, Forme, Technique across all aspects of the property, from architecture to hospitality services. Sales for the residential scheme are scheduled to open to buyers in 2027.

“Miami’s bold architecture, creative spirit, and growing global appeal make it a fascinating setting for our next Bugatti Residences project. Our vision is to consider every aspect – from exquisite design to seamless service and operation – to create a brand-specific residential experience that is second to none.” Wiebke Stahl, Managing Director of Bugatti International SA

“Bugatti Residences Miami unites one of the most prestigious luxury brands with a city that is shaping the future of the high-end real estate market. Miami has become the global center for wealth migration, institutional business, and sophisticated living environments, making it the ideal location for the debut of Bugatti-branded residences in the United States.” Jay Roberts, CEO of the Prosper Group

“For more than a century, the Versluys Group has made a name for itself with craftsmanship, quality, and the creation of living spaces that stand the test of time. What attracted us to Bugatti was our shared commitment to excellence and the understanding that true luxury goes far beyond aesthetics. By combining exceptional project development, world-class design, and a hospitality-oriented operating model, we are creating a living experience that we believe will set new standards for branded living.” Bart Versluys, CEO of the Versluys Group
