French luxury brand Bugatti has announced its first branded residential development in the United States, launching Bugatti Residences Miami. Situated along the Miami River in Brickell, the project is being developed alongside Prosper Group and Versluys Group. With architectural design by Brandon Haw Architecture and interiors by Yabu Pushelberg, the waterfront scheme is scheduled to go to market in 2027.
