London-listed developer Dar Global has announced the launch of Trump Plaza Jeddah, a major mixed-use district valued at over USD 1 billion. This development represents the third partnership between Dar Global and The Trump Organization within the Saudi Arabian market. The project is situated along King Abdulaziz Road as part of the wider Amaya development. It follows the introduction of the Trump Tower Jeddah which was launched just over a year ago.

The new district is designed to function as an integrated urban ecosystem. It will feature Grade-A office spaces, luxury retail and a selection of high-end dining venues. The residential component includes various options such as executive residences with up to three bedrooms and park-facing units with up to four bedrooms. Additionally, the project offers four-bedroom townhouses and specific home office setups. All these elements are centered around a private park to provide a unified living and working environment.

A significant feature of the development is the Vitality Club, a members-only facility spanning 4,000 square metres. This club will provide golf simulators, a spa and specialized sports recovery services. Residents and members will also have access to a cigar lounge, a library and several swimming pools. Dining brands such as Trump Grill and Trump Daily are expected to be part of the commercial offering. To appeal to international investors, the developer is offering optional rental management services for property owners.

The project sits within the 1,000,000-square-metre Amaya site and aims to capitalise on Saudi Arabia’s evolving property laws. These include incentives for foreign ownership and a 0 per cent capital gains tax.
