Facilio Inc. has secured a major partnership with Charter Hall to digitise operations across more than 100 office buildings throughout Australia. The Sydney based deal follows a competitive tender process. Facilio will provide its Connected CMMS platform to serve as a single operating layer for the property manager. This move allows Charter Hall to unify asset data and oversee its entire national portfolio from one central system.
The technology is designed to replace manual processes and spreadsheet reporting with real-time dashboards and automated tracking of service level agreements. Charter Hall Office intends to focus on three main operational pillars through this rollout. These include vendor performance management, procurement workflows and audit readiness. The platform handles digital purchase orders, job cards and invoice approvals to cut down on administrative tasks.
Field teams and central stakeholders will now use mobile enabled tools for inspections and incident management. The system provides exception alerts to ensure compliance is maintained across all sites. By using AI enabled workflows, the firm aims to reduce manual checks and accelerate payment processes for suppliers.
Krishnamoorthi Rangasamy, Co-Founder & Chief Customer Officer at Facilio Inc., said: “Forward-thinking operators are setting a new benchmark for how property operations should run.” He noted that the partnership reflects a shift in the Australian market towards intelligent operations. Rangasamy added: “As the industry transitions into an autonomous future, Charter Hall Office is building the digital foundation to scale efficiently, optimise service delivery, and stay ahead of the curve.”
The platform is built to scale and offers potential for further AI driven insights in the future. Beyond internal efficiency, the upgrade aims to improve service visibility for tenants through new digital interfaces. This collaboration marks a significant step for Charter Hall in adopting a tech-first approach to large scale asset management.
