Real estate software provider MRI Software has introduced two new additions to its AI-powered MRI Agora platform. The new systems, named MRI Agora Intelligence and MRI Agora Orchestrator, aim to help global property teams automate operations and trace data insights across various property sectors.
The platform targets corporate occupiers alongside commercial, residential, subsidised housing and facilities management operators. According to the firm, the architecture integrates automation and governance rules directly into a shared property data layer. This configuration allows corporations to use different AI models for separate tasks without altering their underlying setup.
The first product, MRI Agora Intelligence, serves as an update to the firm’s previous dashboarding tool, Agora Insights. The software checks operational, financial and leasing workflows daily to build job-specific updates for individual users. These daily notifications flag up trends, threats, property updates or commercial opportunities based on internal data records.
An additional feature named Ask Agora allows individuals to query data findings using everyday language to trace information back to original records without switching systems. The framework applies preset corporate user permissions, restricting data access to authorised individuals.
The second addition, MRI Agora Orchestrator, converts these data notifications into automated tasks. Property teams can choose and configure automated agents from an established system library. The software evaluates the context of specific property scenarios, such as varying types of lease renewals, to manage tasks automatically. For assignments requiring human oversight, the system reviews cases alongside staff members by laying out its logic before a manager confirms the final decision. Every step leaves an exportable digital trail for compliance purposes.
“Connecting AI agents to systems is becoming easier. The bigger challenge is ensuring those agents operate in ways organizations can trust,” said Patrick Ghilani, CEO of MRI Software. “MRI Agora was built to give clients the benefits of AI without asking them to assume all of the risk. Organizations can apply their own rules, language, workflows, and comfort levels, while intelligence continuously surfaces opportunities for improvement and automation executes within defined guardrails. That combination of personalization, accountability, flexibility and continuous learning is why MRI Agora is more than just a platform; it’s an operational advantage.”
The tools rely on historical industry records compiled over more than five decades of market operations.
“AI has the greatest impact when it understands the context, constraints, and goals of the business it serves,” said Nihar Malik, Chief Innovation Officer at MRI Software. “The real estate data, domain expertise, deep contextual awareness and workflow intelligence powering MRI Agora stem from 55 years of specialization in all real estate asset classes around the globe. As a result, the Agora platform delivers reliable recommendations and automation that are relevant to our clients’ unique industry situations and needs. Because every recommendation is explainable, every action is governed and traceable, and every workflow can be adapted to the way an organization operates, clients can realize exceptional value today and improve performance over time as AI continues to advance in the future.”
Both applications are now available to global company clients across multi-family, social housing and commercial property divisions.
