Global luxury lifestyle brand Nobu Hospitality has announced the launch of two new developments, Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Baku and Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Montenegro, in partnership with Sea Breeze Resort. The announcement marks the brand’s official entry into Azerbaijan and a return to Montenegro, strengthening its presence across key international destinations.

Located on the Caspian coast within the exclusive Sea Breeze Resort area, the Nobu Baku project will feature an 80-room luxury hotel, 100 private residences, and five signature villas. Each element has been designed to reflect Nobu’s signature blend of minimalist elegance, natural materials, and modern sophistication.

At the centre of the Baku property will be the Nobu restaurant, serving Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s acclaimed Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, complemented by a stylish bar and lounge designed for both guests and residents. The development will also include a state-of-the-art fitness centre, wellness spa, meeting and event facilities, and direct access to the Caspian Sea beach.

Meanwhile, Nobu’s new Montenegro project will mirror this design philosophy along the Adriatic coast, offering an 80-room hotel, 100 luxury residences, and five bespoke villas. The site promises panoramic sea views, private waterfront access, and proximity to Montenegro’s most sought-after destinations, further establishing the region as a high-end leisure hub.
