Onar Holding Corporation has finalised its purchase of Scale Partner, a specialist firm providing technology-led marketing and sales tools for the commercial real estate market. The deal, announced on 12 March 2026, sees the Florida-based marketing group move directly into the property sector by integrating advanced artificial intelligence with human support services.

The acquisition allows Onar to apply its existing digital advertising expertise to a new vertical. Scale Partner is known for its “human-agentic” AI model. This system uses tech-enabled virtual assistants to manage lead qualification and deal flow. By keeping humans in the loop, the firm claims to maintain the personal touch necessary for high-value property transactions while automating back-office tasks.

Scale Partner founder Jason Tiger joins Onar as Vice President of Corporate Development following the transaction. Tiger has experience in scaling high-growth businesses and will now lead Onar’s merger and acquisition strategy and capital raising efforts. Onar Labs, the innovation arm of the company, plans to roll out this virtual assistant technology across its entire network of agencies. This integration is part of a wider project to build a full operating system designed to support future company acquisitions.
