Property developer Sun Group has introduced Sun Glory Residence, a major mixed-use residential complex located in the heart of Vinh City, Nghe An province.

Situated on plot HH01 in the Customs roundabout area, the development spans more than 3.7 hectares at the intersection of Le Hong Phong and VI Le Nin avenues. The total investment for the project exceeds VND 8.723 billion. The site offers direct transport links to key local landmarks, sitting 3 km from Vinh market, 7 km from Vinh International Airport and 15 km from Cua Lo beach, while also remaining close to the Nghe An Provincial Administrative Centre and Ho Chi Minh Square.

The scheme comprises five towers, including a 37-storey landmark building, delivering nearly 3,500 luxury apartments to the local market. Architects drew inspiration from local culture and the philosophy of the “Five Elements”, embedding the number 37 throughout the project to reflect the province.

Amenities at the complex include the first year-round indoor swimming pool in Vinh, along with gyms, spas, saunas and community rooms on the lower floors. Higher floors feature meditation gardens, tea houses, observation decks, outdoor cinemas and rooftop gardens. The development also incorporates a 12-metre-high apartment lobby and high-speed elevators.

In total, 25,000 square metres of retail and service space is positioned at the base of the buildings, supported by two basement levels providing 74,000 square metres of parking. Outdoor facilities cover 10,650 square metres of green space, incorporating a central plaza, walkways, an outdoor library and public art installations.
