The mixed-use complex will feature residences, a hotel, villas and an international school by 2030. Work has officially started on a major AI-ready data centre at Oxagon in NEOM. Signia Hilton has announced Signia Restore, an integrated wellness concept designed to transform how guests train and recover while travelling. The service will debut at Signia Hilton Indianapolis, which is taking bookings for January 2027. Keppel has secured 50 MW of new data centre capacity in Singapore to build an AI-ready facility on Jurong Island. The project, named Keppel DC SGP 11, will involve an investment exceeding S$1 billion. It was granted under the second Data Centre Call for Application, a competitive process jointly managed by the Economic Development Board and the Infocomm Media Development Authority that drew over 20 proposals.
