Minor Hotels has agreed to a management deal with Trading Construction Works Organization to operate Avani+ Hanoi, a 310-key hotel set to open in 2028. Located in Bach Mai Ward, the project marks the group's first property in Vietnam's capital city, Hanoi. The premium hotel will feature an indoor pool, fitness centre, and dining venues within the mixed-use Hinode City complex.
