IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with Asset World Corporation to introduce the Ruby hotel brand to Asia Pacific. Scheduled to open in Bangkok’s Sathorn central business district in 2027, the 184-room property marks the European brand’s regional debut following its acquisition by IHG. The launch expands IHG's Thai footprint, which currently stands at 42 operating properties and 41 planned projects.

Developed alongside Australia’s Museum of Old and New Art, MONA Bangkok will form an unconventional cultural destination at Asiatique The Riverfront. The multi-billion baht initiative aims to enhance the city's sustainable tourism and creative offerings.
