Located in the "Golden Triangle," the deal includes two large warehouses and a development site capable of hosting 678,000 sq ft of new industrial space. This acquisition boosts the firm's total UK footprint to nearly 3.93 million sq ft as it looks to support regional supply chains and economic growth through high-spec, environmentally friendly infrastructure.
