AREIT, Inc. recorded a 36 per cent increase in first-half net income to P5.8 billion, driven by strong revenues and portfolio expansion. Total revenues rose 30 per cent to P7.7 billion, while assets under management reached P159.4 billion. The firm has proposed a P20 billion asset infusion from Ayala Land, Inc., which will increase its total portfolio value to P179 billion following pending regulatory approvals.
