Phu Quoc Special Economic Zone and Sun Group have signed six strategic agreements with key sector partners to upgrade island infrastructure before hosting APEC 2027. The project commitments cover a new Light Rail Transit line, localised security frameworks, a multi-level school campus, and community English education initiatives. The coordinated efforts aim to strengthen long-term municipal development across the island.
