Hilton has agreed to a major expansion deal to bring 10 new Spark by Hilton hotels to the UK. Partnering with AG Hotels Group, the agreement adds 672 rooms across key English and Welsh locations. Set to open between late 2026 and 2028, the openings cover new regions for the brand, including its debut property in Wales as part of its ongoing international rollout.
Signia Hilton has announced Signia Restore, an integrated wellness concept designed to transform how guests train and recover while travelling. The service will debut at Signia Hilton Indianapolis, which is taking bookings for January 2027. Combining high-performance training, recovery spaces, tailored guidance and retail, the initiative targets business and leisure travellers. Following its Indiana launch, Hilton plans to introduce the concept across select international properties.
Hilton has partnered with hospitality company Grey Spaces, co-founded by Chef Mashama Bailey and Johno Morisano, for the Signia Hilton Savannah. Set to open in 2028, the 444-room hotel will feature dining concepts developed by the duo across multiple venues. Located on the riverfront, the hotel will serve as the primary headquarters for the Savannah Convention Center.
Hilton has confirmed a three-year extension of its partnership with day-access platform ResortPass across the Americas. The collaboration responds to growing consumer demand for non-overnight wellness, fitness and resort experiences. The expansion includes the launch of a new poolside event series called Off Hours alongside curated daytime packages at major properties, including the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills and Hilton Orlando.
Hilton has launched Undergraduate by Hilton, a new upper-midscale hotel brand targeting university and college towns. Designed to complement the Graduate by Hilton chain, the brand features a flexible development model for new builds and conversions. Hilton aims to open the first property in 2027, with a long-term expansion target of 400 to 500 hotels globally.
Hilton has announced plans to introduce its premium economy brand, Spark by Hilton, to Italy following an agreement with ELE Spa. The 118-room Spark by Hilton Milan Linate Airport is scheduled to open later this year, situated near the terminal. This property will be the eleventh Hilton brand to establish a presence or enter the development pipeline across Italy.
