Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort will unveil five new food and beverage concepts when it reopens in January 2027 following a major property transformation. Featuring a lobby café, Mediterranean bar, modern Italian trattoria, pool bar and beach eatery, the expanded culinary lineup will be led by newly appointed Director of Culinary Chef Asif Syed across all 474 redesigned guest accommodations and public spaces.
Amàre Hotels has opened its first resort outside Spain with the launch of Amàre Cancún Adults Only All-Inclusive Resort, Curio by Hilton. Located at Playa Langosta, the 429-suite beachfront property represents the first Curio Collection by Hilton resort in Cancún. Owned and operated by Fuerte Group, the adults-only development features curated gastronomy, two 360-degree rooftop infinity pools, a nine-room spa and over 10,000 square feet of event space.
Scandic Hotels Group and Hilton have signed a multi-year development agreement to expand their footprint across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. The partnership combines Hilton's international brands with Scandic's regional operational platform. Under the agreement, Scandic will operate a new 284-room Hilton property near Copenhagen Airport, set to open in 2029. Refurbishment plans are also underway for Hilton Helsinki Airport.

The service will debut at Signia Hilton Indianapolis, which is taking bookings for January 2027. Combining high-performance training, recovery spaces, tailored guidance and retail, the initiative targets business and leisure travellers. Following its Indiana launch, Hilton plans to introduce the concept across select international properties.
