Hanoi City People's Council has selected Sun Group subsidiary Sun Capital Real Estate Joint Stock Company to deliver two key components of a VND 22,229 billion redevelopment project around Hoan Kiem Lake. Covering 66.82 hectares across Hoan Kiem and Cua Nam wards, the initiative includes an underground commercial centre, public plazas and landscape upgrades under a PPP model, alongside publicly funded land clearance.
