Hilton has announced plans to introduce its premium economy brand, Spark by Hilton, to Italy following an agreement with ELE Spa. Hospitality leader Accor has launched a five year global eco-initiative to test and scale resource-saving technologies across its international network. The project targets the validation of over 100 environmental systems by 2030, beginning with an intense operational focus on commercial water efficiency. Partnering with non-profit Water Unite, the company will pilot advanced recycling and reuse systems across its portfolio.
Marriott International is set to transform Lima’s hospitality sector with two major luxury hotel conversions by 2028. The Ritz-Carlton will debut in Miraflores while a new JW Marriott will open in the San Isidro business district. These developments highlight Lima’s rising status as a premier global destination and reflect Marriott’s continued investment in high-end tourism across South America.
