Global investment group La Caisse and Prologis, Inc. have formed a new joint venture, Prologis Logistics Investment Venture Europe (PLIVE). The partnership begins with a EUR 1 billion portfolio of logistics assets across five European nations. La Caisse will hold a 70 per cent stake in the venture, while Prologis acts as the operating partner. The deal focuses on long-term growth through the acquisition and development of high-quality industrial properties.
Janus Living, Inc. has launched an initial public offering of 37,000,000 shares, with a target price range of $18.00 to $20.00. Backed by Healthpeak Properties, the company plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol JAN. The capital raised will support future acquisitions and general corporate purposes, while Healthpeak will maintain a majority economic interest of approximately 85.3 per cent.
Plymouth Industrial REIT has agreed to a $2.1 billion acquisition by Makarora Management LP and Ares Alternative Credit funds in an all-cash transaction valued at $22 per share. The deal, approved unanimously by Plymouth’s Board, offers shareholders a 50% premium and is expected to close in early 2026, subject to regulatory and shareholder approval.
OFA Group has partnered with Blockchain App Factory to develop a blockchain-based RWA platform that will tokenise real estate equity and mortgage assets. The company is also planning a $100 million cryptocurrency treasury while continuing to expand into AI and blockchain-led architectural solutions.
