Industrial property developer Panattoni has obtained a €13 million loan facility from Bank Pekao. The capital has been allocated to fund the final phase of the Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV development, which is already fully let.

The latest phase of the complex consists of a 26,700 square metre warehouse building. Construction work on the facility finished in the second quarter of 2026. All available space within the new building has been taken up by three businesses operating across the retail and e-commerce sectors.

Situated in Nadarzyn, 20 kilometres from central Warsaw, Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV is a logistics and warehouse development spanning over 85,000 square metres across three separate buildings. The site offers direct access to the S8 expressway via the Paszków junction and sits 18 kilometres from Chopin Airport, establishing transport links to the capital, surrounding domestic markets and international routes.

The overall park has been designed to support urban distribution businesses, e-commerce firms and general logistics operations. In line with company environmental guidelines, the newly completed facility will undergo BREEAM sustainability certification, targeting an Excellent rating.

Emilia Taczewska-Trojańska, Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni, commented: “Securing financing from Bank Pekao confirms the confidence financial institutions have in the quality of our projects and in the long-term fundamentals of the industrial property market in the Warsaw region. Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV is a development situated in one of the country’s most attractive logistics locations, which meets the real needs of tenants seeking modern and flexible space.”
