Panattoni has secured €13 million in financing from Bank Pekao for the final phase of Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV. The newly completed 26,700 square metre warehouse is fully let to three retail and e-commerce tenants. Located 20 kilometres from Warsaw in Nadarzyn, the 85,000 square metre logistics complex targets BREEAM Excellent certification.
