LBA Logistics has acquired Core45 Building 1, a newly constructed 616,068-square-foot Class AA industrial facility in the South Dallas market. The sale was managed by JLL Capital Markets, which represented the seller, an affiliate of Grandview Partners. Completed in 2023, the property is 48 per cent leased to investment-grade tenant Owens Corning.
JLL has named Amanda Brimmer as CFO, Leasing Advisory and Head of Corporate Development. Reporting to CFO Kelly Howe, she will lead global financial growth strategies and oversee corporate development initiatives.
Domicil Real Estate AG and its principal shareholder, Baywobau, have secured a major residential complex in Berlin's Treptow-Köpenick district through an asset deal. The property, located in Altglienicke, features 18 buildings with 143 residential units and is set for immediate individual sale. The complex, built in 1996, had recently undergone significant refurbishment including roof, facade, and window replacement work. The transaction's advisors included JLL as broker, Osborne Clarke providing legal counsel to Domicil, and BCLP advising the seller.
JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group has hired Louis Barruel as Senior Vice President in its Hotels’ Asset Management division. Mr. Barruel will work from the Montreal office, focusing on client service delivery and growing the firm's portfolio throughout Canada. Mr. Barruel reports to Executive Vice President Katie Krieger, who noted his comprehensive Canadian market knowledge and deep sector understanding make him an invaluable addition.

This collaboration is designed to accelerate the development and operation of AI data centres by solving the challenge of efficient project delivery post-site identification. The unified model combines InfraPartners’ prefabricated, upgradeable digital infrastructure with JLL’s expertise in site selection, project execution, financing, and facilities management.
JLL Capital Markets announced it had arranged a $43.27 million floating-rate construction loan for 5400 South, a three-building industrial warehouse development in West Valley City, Utah. The project, totalling 470,334 square feet, is being developed by ViaWest Group and GEM Realty Capital. The scheme will offer flexible units from 19,500 to 218,499 square feet, with features including 32 to 36-foot clear heights and 110 dock-high doors.
