Kimpton is set to expand its luxury presence in Arizona with the debut of Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas in Paradise Valley. Opening in early 2026, the 42-acre property will be the first IHG luxury brand in the area, offering guests a contemporary desert retreat with high-end amenities, multiple dining venues, and sweeping mountain views.
Hilton has unveiled Outset Collection, its 25th brand and the eighth in its Lifestyle portfolio. The new upscale conversion brand will launch with more than 60 hotels in development and bookings available in November.

Abu Dhabi has launched the Orchid Overnight Superyacht, the UAE’s first permanent floating hotel at Yas Marina. The vessel offers 31 rooms, dining, concierge services, and from October 2025, sundowner and dinner cruises along the Abu Dhabi coastline.
The Comiskey Group has unveiled plans for a $180 million Town Centre Precinct in North Lakes, set to create a cultural and lifestyle destination with boutique retail, premium dining, a five-star hotel, and green public spaces. The project is expected to generate more than 880 jobs and contribute over $500 million to the local economy.
