Logistic Properties of the Americas has agreed to sell income-producing assets at Parque Logístico Calle 80 in Bogotá to Bancolombia for COP 500 billion (around US$152 million). The all-cash deal brings LPA's 2026 asset dispositions to over US$300 million. LPA will retain management duties and fully serviced land with buildable capacity for 1.08 million square feet.
