Hilton and Extell Development Company have officially signed an agreement to debut the Waldorf Astoria Deer Valley Resort and Residences in 2028. Located in the newly developed East Village in Park City, Utah, the project offers premier ski-in, ski-out access next to the resort's longest ski run. A major luxury development has been confirmed for Riyadh’s Wadi Safar district through a partnership between Dar Al Arkan, Dar Global, and The Trump Organization. The project, named the Trump International Golf Club, Wadi Safar, will occupy a 2.6 million square metre site and forms part of the Diriyah masterplan.
