London-listed luxury developer Dar Global has awarded the podium construction contract for Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai, to Gulf Asia Contracting. Following the completion of enabling works in September 2026, the 80-storey Sheikh Zayed Road development enters its next building phase. The 350-metre tower will combine a hotel, residences and a private members' club.
Sotheby's International Realty has expanded into Vietnam with the opening of Vietnam Sotheby's International Realty. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, the new launch represents the company's 18th location in Asia. Aldar has announced Yas Point, a new six billion dirham waterfront development on the northern shore of Abu Dhabi's Yas Island. Blacksand has signed a major agreement with Marriott International to build ten new hotels across Saudi Arabia. The four-year multi-brand project will introduce more than 1,300 rooms across the country. Key properties will span luxury, premium and extended-stay sectors. The first location is scheduled to launch in Riyadh, with construction and design planning already underway to support national tourism growth.
