Hilton and Extell Development Company have officially signed an agreement to debut the Waldorf Astoria Deer Valley Resort and Residences in 2028. Located in the newly developed East Village in Park City, Utah, the project offers premier ski-in, ski-out access next to the resort's longest ski run. The development features 132 hotel rooms and 105 luxury branded residences designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and AvroKO. Amenities will include a 15,000 square foot spa, a cantilevered pool and the iconic Peacock Alley lounge.
A major luxury development has been confirmed for Riyadh’s Wadi Safar district through a partnership between Dar Al Arkan, Dar Global, and The Trump Organization. The project, named the Trump International Golf Club, Wadi Safar, will occupy a 2.6 million square metre site and forms part of the Diriyah masterplan. The development includes an 18-hole championship golf course, a premium hotel, and residential units designed to integrate with the local landscape.
Diriyah Company has finalised a major joint development deal with Midad Development and Real Estate Investment Company to create the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Diriyah. The project is valued at $827 million and will be located within the vast "City of Earth" masterplan in Saudi Arabia. This development includes a 159-room luxury hotel and high-end private residences covering over 235,000 square metres.
Toll Brothers has announced a major leadership transition as part of its long-term succession strategy. Douglas C. Yearley Jr. will step down as Chief Executive Officer to become Executive Chairman on 30 March 2026. He will be succeeded by Karl K. Mistry, an Executive Vice President who has been with the company for over two decades.
Deyaar Development PJSC has officially started construction on DWTN Residences, a significant new high-rise project in Dubai. The developer held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of the flagship tower. The building will provide 522 residential units including apartments, duplexes and penthouses. A unique Royal Palace will sit at the top of the structure. The project focuses on creating a vertical community with extensive amenities.
Hilton has expanded its presence in the Middle East with the opening of three new hotels at the Barr Al Jissah waterfront in Oman. The development includes Al Husn Hotel Muscat, Hilton Muscat Al Bandar and DoubleTree by Hilton Muscat Al Waha. These properties are located between the Al Jissah cliffs and the Gulf of Oman, just 40 minutes away from Muscat International Airport.
