Diriyah Company has finalised a major joint development deal with Midad Development and Real Estate Investment Company to create the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Diriyah. The project is valued at $827 million and will be located within the vast "City of Earth" masterplan in Saudi Arabia. This development includes a 159-room luxury hotel and high-end private residences covering over 235,000 square metres.
