Precast concrete manufacturer Metromont has acquired engineering firm PTAC Engineering, LLC from PTAC Companies. Effective 5 October 2026, the deal brings PTAC Engineering’s four offices across Florida and Alabama into Metromont’s operations. The acquisition formalises a 25-year working relationship during which the two companies collaborated on hundreds of precast concrete projects, expanding Metromont's in-house structural design and engineering capabilities.
