Northern LGPS and LPPI are launching Four Corners, an in-house property management platform overseeing 5,478 rental homes across England, Scotland and Wales. Following their December 2025 acquisition of PRS Holdco's housing portfolio, the joint venture plans to deploy £1 billion over the next decade to build more than 15,000 new homes, leveraging pension funds to address the UK’s chronic rental supply shortage.
