Global hospitality firm Banyan Group has announced its first US project with the launch of Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach. Developed alongside Mast Capital and Curated JCZM Development, the luxury tower features 88 homes designed by a collective of world-renowned architects and designers. The project marks a major milestone for the brand as it brings its signature wellness-focused residential model to the South Florida market.
Dubai International Financial Centre has launched The Residences, its first housing project in the new Zabeel District. Located in Phase A, the development features two towers with 463 luxury units. The project integrates professional life with wellness, offering amenities like a 2km landscaped loop near the world's largest Innovation Hub. Public sales for the luxury apartments and penthouses open on 12 February 2026.
Deyaar Development PJSC has officially started construction on DWTN Residences, a significant new high-rise project in Dubai. The developer held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of the flagship tower. The building will provide 522 residential units including apartments, duplexes and penthouses. A unique Royal Palace will sit at the top of the structure. The project focuses on creating a vertical community with extensive amenities.
