The Anambra State Government is moving ahead with its ambitious low-cost housing initiative after resolving last-minute bureaucratic and contractual issues. The project, which has been approved by Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, will be executed via a Public–Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement with real estate developers.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) announced that Thai developer Sansiri Public Company Limited has completed a successful large-scale deployment of generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI). The project is Thailand's first extensive use of Gen AI in the real estate sector.
