UAE developer Arada has expanded Australian tier-one contractor Roberts Co into the Middle East to strengthen its internal building operations. Integrated under the Arada Industries vertical, Roberts Co will embed construction expertise directly into early design stages across residential and social infrastructure projects. Its initial contract in the region will be Phase 2 of the Arada Central Business District within the AED35 billion Aljada project in Sharjah.
UAE developer Arada has expanded into Queensland with plans for an AED5 billion twin-tower residential development in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast. Marking its first project outside New South Wales, the scheme will deliver 952 homes ahead of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Arada’s subsidiary, Roberts Co, will handle construction.
