Bain Capital and Omnam Group have completed the sale of The Lake Como EDITION to Sansiri Capital, the hospitality trophy asset fund of Thai developer Sansiri Public Company Limited. The deal follows the March 2026 opening of the five-star hotel. The joint venture partners acquired the 19th-century Cadenabbia site in late 2021, converting it into a 148-room resort featuring a new spa, floating pool and beach club.
