TotalEnergies and global investment firm KKR have expanded their 50/50 US joint venture with the addition of a 700 MW renewables portfolio. Valued at an enterprise value of $1.2 billion, the agreement adds three utility-scale solar projects in Texas and Ohio. The addition expands the partnership's existing 1.4 GW capacity, with all new assets scheduled to achieve commercial operation by early 2027.
