European industrial real estate giant CTP has unveiled CTPark Castel San Giovanni, its first branded logistics park in Italy. Spanning nearly 200,000 square metres in Piacenza, the scheme marks a key phase in CTP’s five-year, €1 billion Italian expansion plan. The milestone follows the completion of a 52,000 square metre build-to-suit facility for an international logistics client.
