Ciel Dubai Marina has officially opened, joining the Vignette Collection by IHG Hotels & Resorts. The ambitious project, led by Dubai developer The First Group, is setting a new global benchmark as the world’s tallest hotel. This development reinforces the Vignette Collection’s commitment to offering unique stays in memorable destinations. The architectural landmark spans 82 floors and rises 377 meters above the Dubai Marina, housing one of the world’s highest infinity pools.
Ciel Dubai Marina is an architectural and experiential landmark. Its design is a blend of contrasts, bringing together East and West, city and sea, and large scale with intimacy. This embodies the Vignette Collection’s spirit of discovery. Every element, from the highest infinity pool to the dining venues, is crafted with purpose. Flowing lines and serene tones create an atmosphere that is both luxurious and grounded. The hotel is managed by The First Group Hospitality.
Heinrich Morio, Managing Director of Ciel Dubai Marina, said: “We are delighted to welcome guests to Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection, a visionary landmark that redefines innovation, luxury, and creativity at every level. This extraordinary hotel reflects Dubai’s status as a global destination for tourism and business, offering an experience that is as elevated as it is unforgettable. Our team of dedicated professionals are ready to welcome guests with genuine warmth and care, creating an atmosphere of heartfelt hospitality from the moment they arrive.”
The hotel offers a collection of destination dining venues. Tattu, the acclaimed UK-born Asian restaurant, spans multiple levels. The experience starts on Level 74 with contemporary Chinese and Japanese cuisine. The Tattu Sky Pool on Level 76 serves as the world’s highest infinity pool, offering Japanese-fusion bites and DJ sets. The experience culminates on Level 81 with the Sky Lounge & Terrace, offering cocktails and 360° views. Other venues include West 13, celebrating Mediterranean flavours, and East 14, offering an Asian buffet with live ramen and sushi counters. The popular local concept Risen Café and Artisanal Bakery serves all-day menus.
From February 2026, guests can use the spa on Level 61. The hotel also features a 24-hour state-of-the-art gym. Guests can enjoy seamless access to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah. Families are accommodated with a Splash Pad, Kids Club, and child-friendly menus. Business travellers and Executive Club guests have access to Nest on Level 16, which offers stylish meeting spaces and personalised service.
Ciel Dubai Marina incorporates a Memorable Rituals bespoke guest experience called the Morning Hydration Ritual, where guests receive OneShot-blended waters. As part of the A Means for Good programme, the hotel is partnering with the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA). This collaboration provides monthly training workshops and career opportunities for aspiring chefs. The hotel offers immediate access to Dubai Marina, JBR beachfront, and transport links.
