Dar Global has confirmed plans for a second collaboration with The Trump Organization, unveiling Trump Plaza Jeddah, a USD 1 billion mixed-use development set to rise in the heart of the city.
The London-listed luxury real estate developer, which launched Trump Tower Jeddah in December 2024, announced that its latest project will be built along King Abdulaziz Road. Once completed, it will offer premium residences, serviced apartments, Grade-A office spaces, and exclusive townhouses.
At the centre of the scheme will be a Central Park-inspired landscaped spine, designed to introduce a Manhattan-style feel to Jeddah’s urban environment. The feature will anchor the residential and serviced apartment blocks while providing a green community hub.
Dar Global said Trump Plaza Jeddah aims to integrate living, working, and leisure in one place. The masterplan includes home offices as part of private residences, a premium retail courtyard, and a curated food and beverage offering. Offices will sit alongside residential and serviced units, with the development positioned as a destination for both professionals and families.
Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, said: “We are honored to expand our footprint in Saudi Arabia with the Trump Plaza Jeddah. This project embodies our vision of excellence by blending world-class hospitality, modern living, and dynamic business environments. Together with Dar Global, we are creating a destination that will set a new benchmark for prestige and innovation in the Kingdom.”
Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, described the project as one of the company’s most ambitious to date. He said: “Trump Plaza Jeddah is a pioneering concept in Saudi Arabia and one of the most ambitious developments Dar Global has undertaken to date. By combining residential, serviced, and office components with a Central Park-inspired landscape, we are delivering a unique lifestyle destination that reflects both Manhattan’s vibrancy and Jeddah’s strategic role as a cultural and commercial hub.”
The project, set to transform Jeddah’s skyline, marks another milestone in Saudi Arabia’s evolving real estate sector and is expected to attract international investors seeking high-end property opportunities in the Kingdom.
