RangeWater Real Estate has announced the appointment of Wendy Tucker as its new Managing Director of Property Management. The Atlanta-based rental housing company, which operates across the Sun Belt and Mountain West regions, said Tucker will be responsible for overseeing property management operations throughout Coastal Georgia, the Carolinas, and the Mid-Atlantic states.

In her new role, Tucker will focus on enhancing RangeWater’s operational performance while reinforcing its emphasis on community-driven living experiences.

“Wendy’s expertise and leadership in property management will continue to elevate the experience for our residents and partners. Her track record of operational excellence matches perfectly with RangeWater’s mission to create communities where people truly feel at home,” said Steven Shores, Chairman and CEO of RangeWater Real Estate.

Bringing more than 25 years of experience in the multifamily housing sector, Tucker has established a strong reputation for leading teams and improving operations at major firms such as CF Real Estate Services, Greystar, RPM Living, and Trammell Crow Residential. Before joining RangeWater, she served as Vice President of Operations at CLS Living, where she launched a new residential vertical and developed a leadership team focused on operational success.

Throughout her career, Tucker has managed portfolios exceeding 20,000 units across the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Southeast. Her background spans a wide range of property types, including Class A and B multifamily housing, as well as senior and affordable communities. Known for her strategic leadership and results-oriented approach, she has guided teams through various stages of the development process, from construction and lease-up to renovation and repositioning.

“RangeWater has built a reputation by staying ahead of market trends and putting residents first. I look forward to building on that foundation and ensuring every community reflects the quality and care that define our brand,” said Wendy Tucker.

Tucker holds a degree in business and has been an active figure in the Charleston Apartment Association, where she served multiple terms as president. She also contributes her time to community initiatives through organisations such as 100 Women Who Care Charleston and Cinderella Day Charleston, supporting women, children, and veterans in need.
