Frasers Property Limited has announced the appointment of Jai Mirpuri as Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Industrial. Taking effect from 11 January 2027, Mr Mirpuri will join the company’s Executive Leadership Team and will be based in Singapore.

In his new post, he will report directly to Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Group Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property. He will take responsibility for the Group’s industrial and logistics platform across Australia and Europe, alongside providing strategic guidance to Frasers Logistics & Commercial Asset Management Pte. Ltd., which manages the Singapore-listed Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust.

Mr Mirpuri joins the group with more than 23 years of real estate experience across international markets, including Singapore, Japan, China, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and the USA. He currently serves as CEO of ESR Fund Managers and Head of Southeast Asia, as well as holding a seat on the executive committee at ESR Group. His previous roles include founder and co-CEO of ESR India, Head of Investments for Japan and China at Redwood Group, and earlier positions at Deutsche Bank, Real Estate Asset Portfolios and Capital One Financial.

Mr Mirpuri holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD, as well as Bachelor and Master of Technology degrees in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
