Real asset manager ESR has appointed Reini Otter as Chief Executive Officer for its Australia and New Zealand operations. A consortium led by Frasers Property has submitted the highest bid of S$2.1 billion for the Bayshore Drive mixed-use site in Singapore. Spanning over 57,000 square metres, this key parcel will form the only integrated transport, retail and residential hub in the new Bayshore precinct, linking directly to Bedok South MRT station and a new bus interchange.
A joint venture consisting of Frasers Property, CSC Land Group and Sekisui House has announced the upcoming preview of Dunearn House in Singapore. The 380-unit private housing complex is the first and tallest residential development planned within the new Bukit Timah Turf City masterplan. Located in District 11, the 99-year leasehold property will open for previews on 10 July 2026, with sales starting on 25 July 2026.
Frasers Property has expanded its Australian industrial capital partnership with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing to include nine assets across NSW, QLD, and VIC. The portfolio, comprising both fully leased properties and a development site, brings the total partnership value to approximately $1.4 billion.
