Frasers Hospitality, a business unit of Frasers Property, has announced the creation of Fraser Suites Reserve, a new luxury serviced living brand tailored for global professionals and extended-stay travellers seeking home-like independence. The introduction of the brand further sharpens the company’s portfolio of clearly differentiated offerings in the long-stay market.

The brand’s debut property, Fraser Suites Reserve Bangkok, is scheduled to begin welcoming guests in phases starting December 2026. A grand opening is planned for March 2027 when the full range of experiences becomes available. Situated at the intersection of Rama IV Road and Wireless Road within the One Bangkok development, the 255-room property will occupy the top ten floors of a 45-storey premium office and retail tower. The location provides views across the Chao Phraya River and Bangkok skyline, with direct access to local dining, cultural and entertainment venues.

Designed as private sanctuaries within the city, rooms offer privacy and calm, with many featuring integrated kitchenettes to help guests maintain familiar routines. Beyond the rooms, guests can access on-site dining concepts, leisure facilities and Club Frasers, a private lounge intended for connection and curated experiences. Holistic wellbeing is integrated throughout the stay. The Bangkok property will host the House of Rejuvenation, offering therapist-led treatments, thermal pools, cold plunges, compression therapy, dry flotation and red-light therapy. Guests will also have access to Frasers Hospitality’s proprietary global programme, The Wellness Edit, which uses simple daily rituals to make wellbeing easier to sustain during travel.
