Modon has announced a complete sell-out of Bashayer, its first waterfront residential community on Hudayriyat Island. The launch of the development saw all properties sold within one day, generating sales revenues of AED 3 billion.

The high demand confirms Hudayriyat Island’s status as a highly desirable residential destination across the region. It also demonstrates the success of Modon’s strategy for developing communities that support modern, integrated living.

Bashayer comprises 157 villas and 330 premium apartments. The apartments are situated in two low-rise terraced buildings located close to the villa neighbourhood. The gated villa area provides residents with a clubhouse, which features a rooftop infinity pool. The community is situated within an open green park, offering a children’s playground and multiple sports courts.

Bill O’Regan, Group CEO of Modon Holding, commented on the rapid success. He said: “Bashayer continues Hudayriyat Island’s consistent record of generating strong local and international investor interest. Modon’s visible commitment to creating destinations that enrich lives and inspire a sense of belonging ensures that each new community represents outstanding long-term value, underpinned by a strong lifestyle promise.”

Ibrahim Al Maghribi, CEO of Modon Real Estate, also released a statement regarding the sell-out. He said, “The rapid sell out of Bashayer reaffirms the appeal of Hudayriyat Island as a world-class destination and the confidence buyers and investors continue to place in the quality of our developments.”

The speed of the sale highlights the significant investor confidence in Modon’s quality of development and the overall appeal of the Hudayriyat Island master development. The community’s quick uptake reinforces its reputation as a location offering both a strong lifestyle promise and substantial long-term value for investors and residents.
