Kenneth Crimmins, the Chairman of The Blau & Berg Company, has confirmed a restructure of the firm’s executive leadership team. The New Jersey-based commercial real estate brokerage was established in 1932 and is now moving toward its centennial. Effective from 1 January 2026, Jason Crimmins has taken the position of Chief Executive Officer. Meanwhile, Alessandro (Alex) Conte has been named the firm’s President. Kenneth Crimmins will remain with the company as its sole Chairman.

The changes are intended to support the firm’s expansion in the industrial, retail and office markets throughout the Tri-State area. Kenneth Crimmins will now focus his efforts on high-level oversight and maintaining the family-run culture of the business. “I am pleased to announce key leadership transitions that position us for continued growth and innovation in the industrial, retail, and office sectors across New Jersey and the Tri-State area. Jason Crimmins has been a member of the company since 1996 and has built a reputation through significant industrial and land transactions. He has previously been named SIOR’s Broker of the Year. Alessandro Conte has spent twenty-three years with the firm and has completed transactions totalling more than 50 million square feet.
