Marjan Group has introduced several high-level executive appointments to manage its core business areas. The announcement made on 4 May 2026 confirms new leadership for the Development, Hospitality and Lifestyle verticals. This restructure is intended to improve operational capacity as the Group moves into a significant delivery phase for its major projects across Ras Al Khaimah.

Sheikh Saqr bin Omar Al Qasimi has been named as the Chief Executive Officer of Marjan Development. He has previously held roles as Managing Director at RAK Real Estate and as a Board Member of RAK Ceramics. His academic background includes a master’s degree in Urban Planning and an MBA from the American University of Sharjah. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and a master’s degree from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi.

The Hospitality division will be led by Alison Grinnell as CEO. She joins from RAK Hospitality Holding, where she also served as Chief Executive Officer. Grinnell has a strong financial background with previous experience at PwC Middle East and Andersen. She was recognized by Forbes Middle East in 2023 as one of the 100 Most Powerful Businesswomen. Meanwhile, Donald Bremner takes over as CEO of Marjan Lifestyle. Bremner previously acted as Chief Operating Officer at RAK Hospitality Holding and has extensive experience in managing service development and operations.

The Group has also appointed Omar Mohammed Al Muzakki as Head of Government Communications and Public Relations. He previously worked as Executive Vice President of Service Marketing at e& and was a board member of Emirates Club.
